How do you turn a standard campus meal into a highly anticipated student experience? Our Metz Dining at Misericordia University team recently teamed up with Misericordia University's Campus Life to host the second annual Film to Fork event. This year, our team challenged themselves to create an 11-course menu paired perfectly with the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. From spaghetti tornado courses to cotton candy-topped cloud drinks, the culinary team proved that interactive, social, and memorable dining events are exactly what today's students are looking for.
