🎓 What happens when growth becomes a shared journey?   With the My (R)evolution Graduation, 21 colleagues celebrated the completion of a transformational year at METRO AG.   A year shaped by courage, honest reflection, meaningful collaboration and real business impact. 🌍   My (R)evolution is more than a development programme.
