🎓 Leadership Catalyst 2026 | Module 3 & Graduation   Two days. Three months of growth behind it. And a moment that brings it all together. 🌍   With Module 3 in Düsseldorf, our latest Leadership Catalyst cohort completed its journey, marking the final step of an intensive programme focused on strengthening leadership for the future.   From exploring strategic resilience and navigating complexity to building executive presence and defining a personal leadership vision, the programme combined reflection with real application.   Guided by Farrah Qureshi from Global Diversity Practice, participants deepened their understanding of what it means to lead with clarity, confidence and impact in an ever changing environment.   But what truly defines this experience goes beyond frameworks and tools.   The connections built. The perspectives shared.
