This time I'm building capacity isolation for the signals platform, which powers the originality signals for Facebook Reels and Stories I love using every day. What's surprised me most is how fast I grow here — surrounded by brilliant, generous engineers and researchers who invest in my success." 💬 Neelesh, Software Engineer Intern: “My first week, before I'd even touched any code, my manager asked what I wanted to get out of this summer. Not deliverables, not team goals, just what mattered to me. That conversation told me more about Meta's culture than any orientation could.
