What a week! Third time back at Women in Retail Leadership Circle in NYC, at ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ช๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, one of my favorite spots in town. I had the chance to host Nicole Roundy, PLY, MBA, two-time Paralympian, 24-time World Cup medalist, and now leading marketing ops at Tactics. Nicoleโs story reminded me that whether itโs flying down a snowy slope or navigating customer engagement, it takes ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ, ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐ป. We discussed how, in her athletic career, the right piece of equipment was literally the difference between participation and impossibility.
