Merodis is pleased to announce it has successfully advised the shareholders of Laroy Group nv on the establishment of a long-term strategic partnership with Group Depré NV. Under this partnership, Group Depre will become the long-term production partner for the food products of Laroy Group’s brands duvoplus and Witte Molen. In addition, Group Depre has acquired CéDé and its specialized production facility. A sincere thank you to Els Laroy, Thomas Van Nielandt, Peter Moyaert and Bob Smitz for their trust and close collaboration throughout this process. It has been a rewarding journey culminating in an important milestone that sets the foundation for a promising future ahead! We also extend our warm congratulations to Edward Depré, Caroline Depré and Kristof Terryn of Group Depre on securing this long-term partnership.
