One Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Bozzetto Group, a global specialty chemicals provider, from Aimia Inc, a Toronto-based investment holding company, for up to CAD268m ($194m). One Equity (led by Mario Ancic) was advised by KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Freshfields (led by Luigi Verga), Stanton (led by Thomas Zadvydas) and Arcadis.
