Not every opportunity is a good opportunity. And not every good opportunity is right for a business. One of the most common mistakes we see is companies moving too fast. A new channel, a new partnership, a new campaign. It looks promising, so they jump in. But growth is not about saying yes more often. It is about saying yes to the right things. Before acting, we advise taking a step back and asking: • Does this align with the strategy • Does it reach the right audience • Does it move the business toward its core objective If the answer is unclear, it is not a missed opportunity. It is avoided distraction. The businesses that scale are not the busiest. They are the most deliberate. Pause. Think. Then move with intent.
