From Milan to Munich: Building a career with Mercury beyond borders. After joining Mercury as a Junior Planner in Milan in 2024, Francy Alejandra Cruz Rojas has continued to grow her career and is now a Project Planner in Munich, supporting the delivery of complex projects across Europe. Originally from Colombia, Francy completed her master’s degree in Management of the Built Environment in Italy before joining Mercury. She credits the people around her for helping her grow into her role: “If you feel comfortable with the people you work with, it’s easier to learn and grow in your career.” Francy’s journey from Milan to Munich reflects Mercury’s commitment to supporting people to develop their careers and realise their vision of themselves.
