The first participant has been dosed in our global Phase 3 ELOWEN program, evaluating enpatoran in people living with lupus who experience active skin manifestations. Enpatoran, a TLR7/8 inhibitor, has the potential to be the first targeted therapy designed for lupus patients with active cutaneous manifestations, with the goal of broadening the treatment paradigm beyond the current standards of care. The Phase 3 program aims to evaluate Enpatoran’s impact on both skin and systemic symptoms in lupus patients, while exploring links between skin manifestations and underlying disease activity.
