🛞 ✨ Mercedes-Benz planned to integrate customer-focused activities from vehicle sales and financial services into a single, unified organization at the turn of the year worldwide. At MB Thailand we officially celebrated this new setup and marked an important milestone on this journey with 1CU Activation Day on 16 December 2025. This integration and closer alignment of both areas strengthen our commitment to delivering an even more seamless One Customer experience in the future!  This Activation Day created a meaningful stage for our employees who are stepping into new teams. They openly shared their experiences, feelings, and challenges during this transition — reinforcing trust, understanding, and collaboration across the team. We were also honored to welcome our inspiring guest speaker, Na-Nak Ketsepsawat Palakawong Na Ayudhya who shared powerful stories about facing change and overcoming challenges throughout his life. His journey of resilience and continuous reinvention reminded us how to adapt, stay strong, and remain a “superstar” even in times of transformation. Filled with engaging activities, shared laughter, and genuine connections, the day was full of energy and positivity. More than a year-end celebration, this was a moment to reaffirm that Mercedes-Benz Thailand is one team, moving forward together.
