Breaking News!   Today, we are delighted to announce that InPost UK has acquired the remaining stake in Menzies Distribution Limited (Menzies), giving InPost full control of the Express and Newstrade operations. This builds on the exclusive logistics partnership launched in 2023 when InPost became a minority shareholder in the business. The transaction will enable us to scale at speed in the UK to match increasing consumer demand – serving the largest e-commerce market in Europe.   InPost and Menzies share the ambition to change the delivery landscape in the UK forever - leveraging technology and best practices to create a better quality of service for our supply chain partners, customers and the UK consumer.
