This morning's Wollongong walk had women at completely different points in their careers. Women who are just starting and finding their footing. Women a decade in, ready to pivot but working through what's holding them back. Women with 20 or more years behind them, deliberately choosing something new and looking for the right doors to open next. None of these are the same question. But the hour looked the same for all of them: meaningful conversations that made things a little clearer by the end.
