محمد مدحت، قائد مصرفي متخصص في تمويل وتنمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على مدار أكثر من عقدين، بنى محمد مدحت مسيرة مهنية في القطاع المصرفي وتمويل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، جامعًا بين الخبرة الائتمانية، وإدارة العلاقات المصرفية، والقيادة التنفيذية. تنقل بين عدد من أبرز المؤسسات المالية في مصر، متوليًا أدوارًا قيادية في تطوير الأعمال وإدارة قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مع تركيز على دعم الشركات وتعزيز الوصول إلى التمويل. وفي محطة محورية من مسيرته، يشغل مدحت حاليًا منصب نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لجهاز تنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر (MSMEDA) منذ سبتمبر 2024، بعد قيادته لقطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في البنك العربي، وإدارة شبكة القطاع في بنك القاهرة، إلى جانب عدد من المناصب القيادية في البنك التجاري الدولي (CIB)، فضلًا عن خبرة امتدت لأكثر من تسع سنوات في BNP Paribas Egypt في مجالات العلاقات المؤسسية والائتمان. تستند قيادته إلى خبرة واسعة في التمويل المصرفي، وتحليل الائتمان، وتطوير الأعمال، وإدارة محافظ تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. كما عزز خبراته بالحصول على اعتماد SME Consultant من Association of Accredited Small & Medium Enterprises Consultants عام 2017، إضافة إلى Credit Course Certificate من المعهد المصرفي المصري (EBI) عام 2010، بما يعكس التزامه بالتطوير المهني ودعم منظومة المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. Mohamed Medhat, A Banking Leader in SME Finance and Enterprise Development Over more than two decades, Mohamed Medhat has built a career in banking and SME finance, combining expertise in credit management, relationship banking, and executive leadership. He has held leadership positions across major financial institutions in Egypt, focusing on business development, SME banking, and expanding access to finance. In a key milestone of his career, Medhat has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MSMEDA since September 2024. Previously, he led the SME sector at Arab Bank, headed the SME Network at Banque du Caire, held several leadership roles within Commercial International Bank (CIB), and spent more than nine years at BNP Paribas Egypt, building extensive expertise in corporate banking and credit. His leadership is backed by broad experience in banking, credit analysis, business development, and SME portfolio management. He further strengthened his expertise by earning an SME Consultant accreditation from the Association of Accredited Small &Medium Enterprises Consultants in 2017, alongside a Credit Course Certificate from the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) in 2010, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and SME growth.
