أكرم الشماع، أحد القيادات البارزة في مجالات الاستثمار والاندماج والاستحواذ بنى مسيرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من 15 عامًا، جمع خلالها بين الخبرة المالية والرؤية الاستراتيجية، متنقلاً بين مؤسسات استثمارية وشركات كبرى في المملكة العربية السعودية. وخلال هذه الرحلة، تولى مناصب قيادية متعددة في التمويل المؤسسي وإدارة الاستثمارات، مع تركيز واضح على الصفقات الاستراتيجية وتعزيز النمو. وفي محطة محورية من مسيرته المهنية، يشغل الشماع حاليًا منصب الشريك المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي للاستثمار في Accord Partners منذ عام 2026، حيث يقود الاستراتيجية الاستثمارية للشركة. وقبل ذلك، شغل منصب نائب الرئيس للاستراتيجية المؤسسية والشراكات والاندماج والاستحواذ في Mobily، كما تولى عدة مناصب قيادية في solutions by stc، إضافة إلى خبراته السابقة في SALIC والشركة السعودية للأبحاث والإعلام والسعودي الفرنسي كابيتال. وترتكز قيادته على خلفية أكاديمية متخصصة في التمويل وإدارة الأعمال، حيث حصل على ماجستير التمويل المتقدم من IE Business School، وماجستير إدارة الأعمال من City St George’s, University of London، وماجستير العلوم في إدارة المشاريع من University of Liverpool، إضافة إلى درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال من American University of Beirut. ويؤمن الشماع بأن الاستثمار الفعّال يقوم على بناء مؤسسات قادرة على تحقيق نمو مستدام وإحداث أثر طويل الأمد. Throughout his journey, he has held leadership roles in corporate finance and investment management, with a strong focus on strategic transactions and long-term growth. In a pivotal stage of his career, Alchammaa currently serves as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Accord Partners since 2026, leading the firm's investment strategy. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Partnerships and M&A at Mobily, and held several senior positions at solutions by stc. He also gained experience at SALIC, Saudi Research and Media Group, and Saudi Fransi Capital. His leadership is supported by a strong academic background in finance and business. He holds a Master in Advanced Finance from IE Business School, an MBA from City St George’s, University of London, a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
