Last night’s ISCA dinner was my first, and a memorable one — full of engagement, catching up with old colleagues, and making new connections. During the dinner, the ISCA President Boon Teck Lee shared a mantra that I believe resonated with everyone in the hall: “Honour the past, respect the present, lead the future.” In line with this, ISCA presented awards to Distinguished Lifetime Membership to two special individuals, honouring their lasting contributions to the profession. The launch of the AI Fluency programme, in collaboration with IMDA, was a highlight — equipping today’s professionals with the relevant skills to future-proof our relevance in this ever-changing digital landscape. Last but not least, ISCA Cares garnered generous support from members through the fundraising segment, a real testament to the community’s spirit of giving back. Had a wonderful time, and already looking forward to next year’s dinner! Well Done ISCA!
