How do you know if what you built with AI solves a recurring problem in your organization? In video 6 of my course, that's what we find out. In video 5 of our 7-part series on building a proof of concept with AI to solve recurring problems in your organization, we built the proof of concept using AI. Now we find out if it solves the problem for the people we built it for. We go back to the same people we interviewed, give them the product, and watch them use it against a set of goals. Those goals come directly from our user stories. One goal per story. In our communications example, the two goals were: ➡️ Create a new layout for a newsletter story. ➡️ Edit copy in an existing template without help from anyone else. We ask them to share their screen and complete each goal on their own. No help from us. Watching someone navigate without guidance is how you find out where they get stuck. You built this based on what people told you in interviews. But what people say they do and what they do when they're using a product are two different things. You can't find that out by asking. You have to watch. Two things we're looking for: ➡️ Can they complete the goals? ➡️ Does it take less effort than before? If they can't, we know what we need to fix before we go any further. In video 7, we'll cover how to take what you learned and build a case for scaling your proof of concept. #AI #FutureOfWork #BusinessStrategy
