How do you take a recurring problem in your organization and use AI to solve it? In video 5 of my course, that's what we'll find out. In video 4 of our 7-part series on building a proof of concept with AI to solve recurring problems in your organization, we wrote the product requirements document, or PRD. Now we hand it to Claude to build our product. To build the proof of concept, I bring two things into Claude Code, the PRD and a mockup I created in Google Stitch. You can bring in whatever works for you. The point is that the more context you give Claude, the closer the first result will be to what you had in mind. You can also bring in examples of sites or apps you like, plus any multimedia you want in the product, like images, icons, and copy. Then we let it run and when we view the proof of concept, both user requirements are met. ➡️ Anyone can create a new layout without waiting weeks. ➡️ Anyone can edit copy without relying on someone else. From there, we keep asking Claude to make changes until it meets our needs. Once it does, the next step is making sure it works for the people who will use it.
