Big news! My course is here. I'm collaborating with LinkedIn Learning on an early course creation pilot. This is video 1 of a 7-part course on building a proof of concept with AI to solve recurring problems in your organization. Years ago, my team had a problem. We built visuals for a communications team, and every time they needed to send a communication, one person had to write the code to update the email template. So every communication depended on their availability. When they weren't available, someone else would try to edit it and the template would break. Employees wouldn't get what they needed. And something that should have taken an afternoon sometimes took weeks. If you're in a corporate environment with a problem that nobody has officially decided to solve yet, this course is for you. Video 1 is about figuring out if you even have the right problem. Three signs to look for: ➡️ It keeps popping back up. It shows up every time a certain situation happens, and everyone just works around it. ➡️ It impacts more than one person. When it happens, multiple people feel it. ➡️ It has a cost. Time, money, or both. In video 2, we'll map the user journey to find the pain points behind your problem. 🔗 I also put together a guide to help you figure out whether your problem is a good candidate for an AI proof of concept: https://lnkd.in/gCV7bVvS What's a recurring problem in your org that nobody has solved yet? #AI #FutureOfWork #BusinessStrategy
