So during the pandemic I had a lot of problems because my factory was closed, my company was closed, my customers were all shut down that was in February March or April 2020. I was really really stuck, truly stuck because I used to travel all of the places every month but I couldn’t go anywhere so when I decided to do was in serious thinking about how can I get more business I asked myself how can I be useful to someone so I started calling people, setting up a Zoom course and asked this question both internally, and actually asking directly how can I be useful to people, and I discovered that I hadn’t learnt any capability but learnt connections that I can put use in and I can deploy to help other people. And that was what I did and I had a really meaningful here during the shutdown and guess what, after that all the connections I have built, all the friendships I have built, all the trust I have earned became business, and I actually have more business after August last year when the world has started reopening, so if............
