Looking ahead to 2026 🔜 After we closed the year with a cosy dinner for our Berlin based team (unfortunately, Sile Somers had to miss it and team Gütersloh, Andrea Palsherm & Liane Willinghöfer couldn't make it either), we are now looking ahead to what's coming next. If 2025 was about velocity, 2026 is about sharpening the tools we move with, especially strengthening our software foundation (the melino CORE platform) technically and functionally: — Infrastructure gets smarter 💡 We’re restructuring server logic to match actual usage patterns. Different processes have different needs, and our setup will reflect that. Combined with a refined backup strategy, this means more control, less noise, and performance that holds under pressure. — Search becomes conversation 💬 We’re bringing a Chat Agent into our reporting module.  It will let you ask — in plain language — the kind of questions you usually chase across multiple exports and spreadsheets:    💸 Which release had the highest marketing spend?  📈 Which track performed best after recoupment?  💰 Which artist brought in the most net revenue this year?    No filters, no pivot tables, just a clear answer first.  And of course, the full charts and numbers are still there if you want to dig deeper. There’s more in the pipeline, but the direction is clear:  Less friction, more insight. And a system and a team that thinks with you, not just for you 🫶
