As I reach the end of my second year Ecolab , I’m excited to step into my new role as Manufacturing Centre of Excellence Leader of MEA and India Markets. With that opportunity, I’m taking a moment to pause, reflect and feel deeply grateful. 2025 challenged me in many ways — it stretched my resilience, sharpened my leadership, and reminded me that real progress comes from navigating uncertainty together. What made the difference was the people around me. To my team: your ownership, trust, and commitment turned challenges into results. To my leaders (to name specifically Lütfi Dogan and Halit Kayatürk): thank you for your belief, honest feedback, and steady support — especially when the path wasn’t easy.
