Congratulations to the first participants of the inaugural Australian Directors Program 🎉 The 6-day residential program was developed in partnership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors and AustralianSuper and is designed for recently appointed Non-Executive Directors of S&P/ASX 200 companies. The Australian Directors Program provides direct access to leading governance experts and real Australian boardroom case studies - presented by directors who lived the decisions such as Catherine Livingstone AC FAICD(Life), Rebecca McGrath AM, FAICD, Michael Ullmer AO, Matthew Grounds AM, Ross McEwan, and Ken MacKenzie FAICD.  The program was well received with participants valuing the credibility, practical expertise, and real-world board experience of presenters. One participant, Ampol Ltd Non-Executive Director Guy Templeton, said there was a lot about being a director that was unwritten.  “You can either learn through osmosis over a long period of time, or you can get a faster education from the Australian Directors Program.
