Strategic Communications, including framing, narratives and storytelling perspectives, with a focus on science, entrepreneurship and technology serving a sustainable future

I started my new job, before it even started it, and this should be a new standard. 📸 A moment from the Hamburg Sustainability Conference: standing in front of my city's town hall shortly after inspecting one of the world’s first Greener Reefer prototypes — a refrigerated container, which transports fruit, vaccines, smartphones - and any other goods that need cooling — but without the climate-damaging refrigerants and forever chemicals.   This was the first day on my new job: Before onboarding meetings, IT set-up and tea-kitchen rules, I was immersed in impulses, breakfasts, panels, dinners and three days of discussing program lines, sustainable development progress, strategy and next year’s plans, together with my new team – at least part of it.   They came to Hamburg for the Hamburg Sustainability Conference from five countries, bringing impressive expertise from different disciplines to the table. 🌱 The story behind it: From 1 July, I will be joining KCC, the Kuehne Climate Center by Kühne Foundation, to work at the intersection of logistics, climate action and sustainable development. I am excited to contribute to practical solutions that connect these fields and help drive change. 🚛🚢   I am really proud to be part of this mission. Just as much, I was touched by the warm welcome in medias res: that I was trusted to run with the team, listen, learn and get an idea of what my role can be. And we had some great laughs already. In order of appearance to me: Joerg Wiese , Kim Elise Lukosch, Silvia Meyer-Wachsmuth, Olivia Lamenya, Mark Major, Ingrid Schulte, Dr. Eduardo Noboa, Judith Musau. Really looking forward to meet everyone on this team. ⭐ Now there will be onboarding. If there is the chance to work together, just to drop me a note. I feel like an insider already.
