Bernhard Visker verlässt B&L-Geschäftsführung Leadership change at one of Germany's established real estate developers. After almost six years, Bernhard Visker will step down from the management board of B&L Group at the end of June, remaining with the business in an advisory capacity while pursuing new opportunities. During his tenure, B&L delivered several high-profile developments, including: - HPQ Offices in Frankfurt, securing ING-DiBa as the anchor tenant. - The revitalisation of Stadtkontor in Hamburg, which will include a new 328-room Scandic Hotel. The operational leadership will now be shared by Thorsten Testorp and Dr. Dr. Timo Haenelt, who will take responsibility for acquisitions, leasing, marketing, HR, and property management.
