Sr. Manager, Global Enablement Content Programs | Learning 2022 Thirty Under 30

Today marks my last day at Redis after an incredible almost 3 years. It's crazy how quickly 3 years can go by. What started as an opportunity to help reimagine GTM enablement from the ground up turned into one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. There were a lot of big moments along the way including:  🚣 Continuing as a people leader - watching the team grow into new challenges 🔎 Launching an interactive enablement platform aligned to core competencies 🗣️ Building a content rhythm: bi-monthly live sessions + weekly action comms 💥 Supporting three SKOs — main stage, breakouts, and event logistics 🤖 Building a content + learning repository connected to enterprise AI tools, brought into the systems the GTM org works in daily ➕ And many more… I'm really proud of what my team built together, but even more proud of how we built it. To my team and the greater enablement team: thank you for making every challenge feel a little less daunting. We accomplished a lot, but also laughed a lot, celebrated the wins together, and always found a way to get things across the finish line. Dianna Hosford, MS Sydney Timmerman Kim Mansukhani Kristine P. Joe C. Michael Kinder Jason Svir Sallie Gamboa David Patlut Lucas White Lindsay Keaveny Joey Kitz To my leaders and everyone I partnered with across the business: thank you for trusting our team, bringing us into the conversation, and believing that great enablement can make a real difference. Amanda Gaube Spencer Tuttle Tom Rabaut And to everyone I had the chance to meet at SKOs, bootcamps in Austin, leadership training, and all the other moments in between—thank you for the conversations, the laughs, and the memories. Those are the things I'll always remember. I'm leaving with a lot of gratitude, a few inside jokes, and a lot of custom Slack emoji’s. See you all down the road. ❤️
