9 more days to go where we will convene for our 3rd episode of Podcast Peerty. We are featuring 4 female C-suite leaders who have navigated very different paths to earn their seat at the table this time on April 25 (Saturday). And we’ve just made a speaker change. I’m excited to welcome Casline Chu, whose career cuts across technology and consumer sectors — from Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Samsung Electronics, Align Technology, Kellogg Company to most recently Kellanova. She brings a perspective shaped not just by industries, but by reinvention across functions, cultures, and leadership demands. What makes this panel different? This isn’t a polished panel discussion. There is no moderator. No rehearsed answers. No “safe” corporate narratives. Just 4 leaders, including Patricia Quek from UBS, Echo Jin from Microsoft, Sarah Samuel from Amadeus and Casline Chu from Reckitt, bringing together diverse functions experiences from sales to finance to operations across banking, tech, consumer and aviation, in a candid, unscripted conversation about: - The decisions they made (and the ones they regret) - The pivots they didn’t plan for - How they actually built credibility, influence, and presence And then — we open it up. 45 minutes of real Q&A, real exchange of points of view from the audience. What’s been interesting from our registration data: It’s not just about inspiration. Across Gen X, Y, and Z, many women are asking: ❓ How do I stand out without overplaying my hand? ❓ How do I build presence, not just performance? ❓ How do I get better at coaching, influencing, and connecting? So instead of just talking about it… I’ll be running a 2-hour interactive workshop: 👉 Elevate Your Presence Through Asking Powerful Questions Because in many rooms, your presence is not defined by what you say — but by the questions you ask. If you’ve attended Podcast Peerty #1 or #2, you’ll know: It’s the unstructured moments that create the deepest insights. It’s the room energy that makes people stay back and continue the conversation.
