One Graduate, One Story: Betül Öztürk Demir | Lawyer “I graduated from İstanbul Medipol University School of Law in 2018. 🎓 Following my graduation, I began practising law at my own office. I primarily work in the field of family law and continue my master’s degree in Civil Law at Istanbul University to further strengthen my expertise academically. ⚖️📚 Alongside my professional work, I voluntarily deliver seminars on women’s rights and combating violence against women. To date, I have actively taken part in various associations and non-governmental organisations. I currently continue my volunteer work with an association carrying out humanitarian aid activities, and I consider contributing to society to be a value that is just as important as my profession. 🤝💙 Looking back, I realise that my years at Medipol provided me with much more than a strong academic foundation. The welcoming atmosphere and people-centred approach within the faculty played an important role in shaping both my professional and social identity. The connections I formed and the experiences I shared during those years remain among the most valuable building blocks of who I am today. ✨ I believe that Medipol has played an important role in shaping the knowledge and values I possess today, and I am grateful to have been a part of this journey. 🌟”
