What an enjoyable and productive few days Stephen Chambers and Michael Burke had at the Irish Equine Centre last week! A huge thank you to Kerrie Kavanagh and the team for giving us the opportunity to showcase the TX8 in a real laboratory environment. Take a first look at the installation of Auto-Bio's benchtop MALDI-TOF, the TX8. Like many laboratories across the country, the Irish Equine Centre does not currently utilise MALDI-TOF technology for species identification. This can result in longer turnaround times, higher consumable costs, and reliance on labour-intensive techniques.
