Maximilian Rokuss and Moritz Langenberg from our lab are at CVPR 2026, presenting VoxTell. 🎉 If you're there, go find them, because VoxTell is a lot more fun to watch than to read about. You type what you're looking for in a scan, in plain words, and it segments it in 3D. "𝙻𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚛" "𝙻𝚎𝚏𝚝 𝚔𝚒𝚍𝚗𝚎𝚢" "𝚂𝚖𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚕𝚎𝚜𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚒𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚞𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚛 𝚕𝚘𝚋𝚎” It just finds it. No clicking through every slice by hand, no training a fresh model for every new structure. It's also currently the # 1 model on the ReXGroundingCT benchmark 🥇 👉 https://lnkd.in/dX4VBJ7h So here's the deal: 📍 At CVPR 2026? Swing by their poster on 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟳, 𝟮:𝟯𝟬-𝟰:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔 𝟭𝟮𝟳. 🐍 Not at CVPR? Try it in one line: 𝚙𝚒𝚙 𝚒𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚟𝚘𝚡𝚝𝚎𝚕𝚕. It also runs in napari, 3D Slicer, OHIF, and other tools the community built on top of it. 🙏 📄 Paper: https://lnkd.in/dTH7uaCr 💻 Code: https://lnkd.in/dzCh2ik3 🧩 Napari Plugin: https://lnkd.in/dYAZMw-X 🌐 Web Plugin: https://lnkd.in/d9gap9AF 📦 Slicer: https://lnkd.in/dBz_StMs 🖥️OHIF: https://lnkd.in/dAXh4qX8 Maximilian Rokuss Moritz Langenberg Yannick Kirchhoff Fabian Isensee Benjamin Hamm Constantin Ulrich PD Dr. med.
