🥂 AperiScience Spring Edition We had a great time taking part in the Spring edition of AperiScience, organized by the Human Nutrition Unit - University of Parma. It was a truly enjoyable and well-organized event, a perfect opportunity to step outside the lab routine, connect with colleagues from different research areas, and engage in meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting. Moments like these are essential to foster networking, exchange of ideas, and new collaborations across disciplines. A big thank you to the Human Nutrition Unit for this wonderful initiative!
