🌱 Sustainable Bartending Competition 2026 is officially underway.   The Sustainable Bartenders Club (SBC), founded by Media One Hotel, is proud to launch the 2026 edition of its flagship non-profit Sustainable Bartending Competition, an initiative dedicated to advancing sustainability, education and collaboration across the UAE hospitality industry. What started in 2024 with just 10 participating hotels has grown into a community of 17 hotels and 24 bartenders, united by a shared commitment to driving more sustainable practices within hospitality.   This year's theme, Homegrown & Locally Sourced, challenges participants to develop one cocktail and one mocktail that showcase local ingredients while promoting responsible sourcing, reducing food miles and embracing innovative sustainable techniques.
