In January, NielsenIQ predicted that 2026 would be the year consumers stop chasing more tech and start chasing smarter tech. Cool prediction. We'd extend it: it's not just smarter tech. It's smarter buying. And we had the receipts already. Our first half-business year ran October 2025 through March 2026. And what we saw across our stores in Europe pointed in one direction: People don't want more. They want better. A device that actually fits their life. Someone who helps them figure out which one that is. And support that doesn't disappear the moment they've paid. In that timeframe our Services & Solutions unit sales grew across almost every category. Our NPS went up 2 points year-on-year. Both moving in the right direction. Smarter buying. We've been saying it for a while 😉 Do you agree?
