MDIF and its clients will be well represented at the European Economic Congress (Europejski Kongres Gospodarczy) in #Katowice next week At a panel discussion on “The Media and Their Future” at EEC, organized by MDIF partner Grupa PTWP, MDIF CEO Harlan Mandel will be joined by Bartosz Hojka, representing MDIF client Agora SA, and Sevgil Musaieva, editor-in-chief of Ukrainska Pravda, a recent Pluralis investee, along with other industry leaders. At the panel, Harlan will share insights from MDIF’s global investing work and from MDIF-managed Pluralis, focused on supporting independent media at risk of capture. The panel will convene to discuss the increasing pressure on #media from #bigtech, shifting audience behaviour and threats to #sustainability.
