An ankle fracture-dislocation is rarely "just" a broken ankle… 🛵 In today’s #TraumaThursday case: a 36-year-old patient presented with a SER IV ankle fracture-dislocation after a scooter accident.  The fracture could not be reduced optimally in the ER, requiring further reduction and a plan for subsequent surgical fixation.
