Laser terminology can feel complex on paper. In practice, it comes down to understanding how the skin heals. Fractional ablation creates a pattern of tiny micro wounds. Small columns of treated tissue surrounded by untouched skin. This untreated skin helps the surface recover faster, with less visible downtime. Full ablation removes the entire surface layer in a controlled way. It is stronger, deeper, and more intensive. It is used when the indication requires a complete resurfacing, such as severe photo damage or deeper wrinkles. Both approaches have a purpose. Both can create excellent results when used thoughtfully. And both are supported within the FRx Intenz system, because real skin needs real flexibility. The choice is not about which is better. It is about which is right for the individual patient, the indication, and the level of improvement they want to see. Precision begins with understanding how the skin responds. And clarity makes that understanding easier.
