Two heartbeats, one delicate balance. What began as the joy of a twin pregnancy soon turned into a race against time when Stage II Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome created a life-threatening imbalance between the two babies. With one twin affecting the other’s survival, every passing day mattered. At just 20 weeks and 4 days, a critical decision was taken. A minimally invasive fetoscopic laser procedure was performed with extreme precision, targeting the shared blood vessels and restoring balance where every millimetre counted. With continuous monitoring and expert-led care, the condition stabilised. What once seemed uncertain slowly turned into hope. That hope was carried forward safely, leading to the birth of two healthy baby boys.
