At Medanta Abdur Razzaque Ansari Memorial Weavers' Hospital, Ranchi, the multidisciplinary team developed a personalised treatment plan that began with six cycles of Denosumab to control the tumour and optimise the patient for surgery, followed by limb-salvage resection with adequate oncological margins and reconstruction using a cemented megaprosthesis to restore stability and function.
