Summer Town Hall 2026: Creating shared direction across medac At our Summer Town Hall in Wedel, colleagues came together across locations to connect and align on what matters most for medac as an organisation. The Town Hall provided overarching direction and helped create a shared understanding of how the different parts of medac contribute to our purpose of improving human health. It also reinforced what it means to bring our vision of becoming the pharmaceutical company of choice to life: creating clarity, strengthening collaboration and fostering alignment across the organisation. A visual representation of our value chain made these connections tangible and reinforced transparency, alignment and a stronger sense of togetherness across medac. Members of the Management Board shared perspectives that helped frame the bigger picture for the company. The discussions throughout the session underlined the importance of shared direction and showed how dialogue can strengthen alignment across functions and teams. A special highlight was the premiere of the new medac Group image film. It reflects who we are as a company and brings our shared identity to life through the people behind medac.
