Great collaboration starts with great connections. At medac, we believe that personal relationships are the foundation of successful international teamwork. That's why we were delighted to welcome 17 new colleagues from Italy, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, and our production sites in Dessau and Brno to our 3rd International Onboarding Week. During the week, participants explored our business, products, and global sales structures, while gaining behind-the-scenes insights through visits to our warehouse and production facilities. Most importantly, they had the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across Europe, exchange experiences, and build relationships that will support future collaboration. From inspiring presentations and site visits to networking moments and a memorable boat tour on Hamburg’s Alster Lake, the week was filled with learning, sharing, and new connections.
