Partnership in Action Fortescue urgently needed fauna management support to meet clearing permit obligations. The timeframe was tight and the scope demanded specialist capability beyond what any one provider could mobilise quickly. James Rose, Conrad Slee and the team moved fast to bring in additional field capacity and specialist expertise. The clearing permit obligations were met as a result. What started as a rapid-response engagement has since grown into a long-term collaboration, with MEC continuing to provide technical advice and compliance guidance. Good partnerships rarely start with long contracts. They start with showing up when someone needs help, and delivering when it counts. Well done James and the Environment team! #Mining #Partnership #Values #EnvironmentTeam
