Day 2 at TUTTOFOOD and the conclusions so far are: - Italian producers care deeply about quality, presentation, and tradition. - And the scale of some of the products on display is genuinely impressive. Between meetings, market discussions, and enough prosciutto tastings to temporarily lose all sense of time, one thing stands out: The industry is moving fast - but tradition still has enormous value. You see companies investing in exports, branding, automation, packaging, and global growth… while at the same time presenting products and recipes built on generations of history. Also, after two days here, we can confirm: - walking through a food fair hungry is a tactical mistake.
