[ROLE VACANCY] - Team Leader - Geology & Resource Estimation Measured Group is seeking an experienced geology and resource estimation professional to join our team as Team Leader, Geology & Resource Estimation in our Brisbane Head Office. This is a senior consulting and people leadership role, working closely with our Head of Geology and Resource Estimation to support project delivery, coordinate team resources and develop the capability of our consultants. The position retains a strong technical and client-facing component, with an indicative split of approximately 70% billable project work and 30% leadership, resource management and business improvement activities. The role will involve: • Leading, coaching and supporting a team of geology and resource estimation consultants • Coordinating workloads, project allocations and team capacity • Working with project managers and technical leads to deliver projects safely, commercially and to a high technical standard • Maintaining visibility of project milestones, resource constraints and delivery risks • Supporting proposals, scopes, estimates and client relationship development • Identifying opportunities to improve team systems, capability and project delivery • Continuing to contribute directly to technical consulting assignments We are looking for someone who combines strong technical credibility with practical people leadership and commercial awareness. The successful candidate will have: • Relevant qualifications and experience in geology, resource estimation or a related discipline • Demonstrated experience delivering technical or consulting projects • Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating technical professionals • A sound understanding of scope, schedule, budget, quality and project risk • Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills • The ability to build effective relationships with clients, consultants and technical specialists Experience in geology and resource estimation consulting, business development, proposals, recruitment or workforce planning will be well regarded.
