It has been a privilege to contribute to this important work and collaborate with dedicated organizations committed to advancing workers' rights and reducing the risks of child and forced labor. Between 2023 and 2026, GoodWeave International, Rights Lab, University of Nottingham, Bangladesh Labour Foundation - BLF and Awaj Foundation worked together, with support from the U.K. Government’s Modern Slavery and Innovation Fund (MSIF) to document labor risks within Bangladesh's RMG sector and promote solutions that strengthen worker protections, supply chain transparency, and accountability. While Bangladesh's garment industry has made significant progress, challenges remain, particularly in the lower tiers of supply chains where visibility is limited. Addressing these issues requires strong partnerships and collective action. Proud to have been an active part of this meaningful initiative.
