Case studies are never a given. They require trust, openness, and formal customer approval. That's why it's especially rewarding when customers see enough value in the collaboration to allow the story to be told. Being able to participate the West Link project in Gothenburg with advanced structural monitoring systems from HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær using HBK FiberSensing technology is highly exiting. This project's success was built on teamwork across multiple organizations. I have to mention, taking the risk of not addressing everyone: · Isaac Farreras Alcover and Margaux Geuzaine at COWI for their collaboration, understanding, and efforts to fine tune the algorithms; · Mats Rydén for the fantastic project management and restless customer support to Trafikverket; · Our installation team (Arnt Henning Andersson and team) on their endless hours underground; · Our sales support team José Monteiro, Andreia Pereira, Ricardo Ferreira, Daniel Martins in Porto for mastering the network design and managing delivery timelines and expectations; · Customer Care team (Laila Ingemoen Rydland) for their promptness into updating the order in the system; · Porto Plant Operations who worked through the inevitable stress that comes with delivering complex projects.
