Having first joined McGregor Boyall in 2013 as a Principal Consultant and progressing quickly into a leadership role, she played an instrumental part in shaping our business before going on to build and lead high-performing teams externally and run her own successful consultancy. Her decision to return is a testament to the culture we've built, one rooted in collaboration, development, and long-term partnerships. Now in 2026, she returns to lead one of our most exciting growth opportunities. Poland is fast becoming one of Europe's most dynamic and rapidly evolving markets. With continued investment, a growing technology landscape, and an expanding footprint from many of our core clients, the opportunity is clear. As our clients' scale in the region, having a strong, local presence has never been more important. With Marta on the ground, we are perfectly positioned to support this growth.
