Last Friday, we swapped our desks for the grandstand as colleagues from across McGregor Boyall came together for our annual Summer Social, this years venue being Epsom Downs Racecourse for Ladies Day. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring so many of our consultants and support teams together to celebrate everything we’ve achieved so far this year. In an industry that moves at pace, taking the time to step back, connect with colleagues, and recognise our collective successes is incredibly important. From placing exceptional talent with our clients to strengthening long-term partnerships, launching new initiatives, and continuing to evolve as a business, 2026 has already delivered plenty to be proud of. None of it would be possible without the dedication, expertise, and teamwork of our people. The day was filled with great conversations, plenty of laughter, a few winning bets, and the chance to strengthen the relationships that make our business what it is.
