We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola McMahon, Rachel Jones and Julia Lane to Partner. Nicola’s appointment strengthens our national Employment Relations and Safety team. Based in Sydney, she supports both public and private sector clients across the full spectrum of employment and industrial relations matters, with particular expertise assisting international clients navigate Australian employment law. Rachel, based in Brisbane, is a specialist planning and development lawyer whose appointment enhances our Planning and Environment practice. She advises across litigation, compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base including developers, commercial clients and government. Julia’s appointment bolsters our Construction and Infrastructure team in Sydney. She brings extensive experience advising on major infrastructure, commercial and residential developments, providing whole-of-project support across a range of industries.
