Today, McCormick & Co. announced that it has entered an agreement to combine with Unilever Foods, creating a global flavor leader in attractive and high-growth categories, and bringing end-to-end flavor to consumers around the world. This transaction will combine two industry-leading organizations with complementary global footprints and portfolios of iconic brands across herbs, spices, seasonings, bouillon, condiments and sauces.
