Less than a week after launching our 2025 Purpose-led Performance Report, nearly 300 colleagues gathered in person at our Global Headquarters and virtually around the world for Sustainable Futures 2026. The event created a global forum focused on how sustainability fuels innovation, drives growth, and delivers long-term value across our business. This year’s program featured McCormick leaders alongside sustainability experts from The Hershey Company, Ahold Delhaize USA, Sodexo USA, and Food Tank underscoring the importance of collaboration across the value chain. Our Chief Sustainability Officer, Kathy Rostkowski, captured the spirit of the event: “When people lean in and ask questions, it shifts how they think about their role in driving impact. Sustainability becomes less about a goal on paper and more about the choices we make every day. That’s where real progress happens.” Beyond the mainstage discussions, the Sustainability Hub brought our strategy to life through five interactive zones: Climate Readiness, Farmer Resilience, Healthy & Sustainable Choices, Innovation, and Industry Collaboration. Colleagues explored how our work shows up in practical ways — from responsibly sourced snacks and products featuring our Flavor of the Year, to regenerative agriculture, farmer partnerships, and our collaboration with CARE and World Wildlife Fund in recognition of the Year of the Woman Farmer. The takeaway was clear: sustainability isn’t owned by one function. It’s embedded in everyday decisions — from ingredient selection and packaging design to operational efficiency and supplier partnerships. By integrating sustainability into how we operate, we strengthen our business and create lasting value for our customers, communities, and the planet. Thank you to everyone who helped make Sustainable Futures 2026 such a meaningful event. Jessica Josephine Synkoski Whitney S. Mayer Steven Jennings Andrew Winston Danielle Nierenberg
